One of the UK's largest own brand dairies wanted to show consumers how much care and attention goes into their cheese-making process.
Wyke Farms makes its famous cheese using the traditional farmhouse recipe perfected by the family's great granny. The video gives provenance to the brand's claim to be traditional cheddar using the best Somerset ingredients in a 21st Century production environment.
